Limitation of Liability HRability is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.
Termination Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any terms of the agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due immediately.
Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
Changes to Terms HRability reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
